I have been in from the beginning (an old LFZA shareholder).
There were 644,000,000 shares when usse began trading, of which there were 144,000,000 in the float.
There are 3,500,000,000 shares OUTSTANDING between USSE/SSTP. That's more than a fivefold increase, with no increase in the asset base.
