Paine - It is mentioned twice in the filing. Now if you go back to the 1207 pr it states:

Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: TRBY) today announced that the U.S. Patent Office has issued a patent protecting the design of Torbay's "Grip-less, wrist untwisting" computer mouse design. Issued under Patent No 7,145,548 titled "Biomechanical Low Load Computer Mouse," this allows Torbay to exploit the legal monopoly conferred upon the company under the Patent process. The protection afforded covers Torbay's existing AirO2bic mouse products and also its future mouse products that include the grip-less and wrist untwisted design.

Now thats the affiliation that I see from the filings. Now I just hope that we get some info within the next day or so telling us what they intend on doing with Torbay. I can only think that it will be greater then before.
