It is my understanding that in order for anyone to get money out of the foundation they will need to setup a wire transfer taking up to two weeks to process and they will also need to obtain a passport which will take up to three months to acquire.

Could you please elaborate on the reasons for requiring a passport to get money out of the foundation and will the new Money Card process require a passport number in order to use it?

Thanks for your help, this is all new to me.
