No, I just took the info from RB but the e-mails cut and pasted look legitimate and the info believable. The real Q should be whether Core Ventures is still around. I don't see this as a huge downer anyway. Another breakup of what looked to me like a bunch of middlemen looking for the points on a placement deal.

As a private company, BCEI is under no SEC restrictions unless NDA's are still in place after the deal is broken. Plus, the SEC's interest in that arena would be about insider trading. On the pinks, there is no requirement about filing 8K's (they're non filing anyway) covering material events or even PR's. Lovely market.
