Basically, BNPD is a company that recently launch a new energy drink. The product is extremely good and has a lot of potential. That is one of the reason why the CEO of Powerbrand decided to back the product and work with BNPD! If you do some DD on the energy drink market you will see that it is one of the hottest segment of the beverage industry right now.. (http://powerbrands.us/beverageInd.htm).

BNPD recently hired Powerbrand as their business partner. This is a HUGE plus for the company IMO. They are the marketing company that did the promotional work for Pepsi, Gatorade, Nestle, and Mountain Dew.Imagine what they could do for Lady Pinks and Bionic-Tonic.(http://powerbrands.us/index.htm)

We also know that the company recently created a Canadian subsidiary. To look for partners in Canada and to get a potential grant worth MILLIONS of dollar. (read here=>http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070725/0282225.html).

Also, one of their PR stated that the company will be meeting with distributors in mid-August. The PR mentionned Loblaws, Sobeys and Alimentation Couche-Tard...Those retailers have over 1000 locations each. If they can sign with just one of them, the stock will go crazy.

We also know that the product is being distributed in various Clubs in Las Vegas and in different shops in Hawaii per the previous PRs and they are currently having some very positive feedbacks on the product!

Chart wise, it looks like the stock is trending up slowly. I believe the stock could move higher based on short covering but also because the company will retire about 75 million shares!! (http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070716/0278625.html)

And lastly, the company recently hired Downshire Capital as their investment Banker. If you take a look at them you'll see that they were the one behind MCCY which moved from 20 to 60 cents...Doesnt mean BNPD will bust a huge move..but it does give an indication as to what is possible, I added more shares today and I think the stock will head to 5-10 cents ...ALL IMHO :)
