risk_it enough with the fear. The SEC has a group that has the function of getting companies through the process. The first step is to publish acceptable finacials. Once that is accomplished the company will be free to seek financing. They could be supervided by the SEC for some period ongoing with critiquing from this group. As the SEC has the right to watch all companies at all times this isn't an onerous position to be in, in fact for the investor, it is a very good position as we will know big brother is looking over the shoulder.

I published, months ago how a cash starved company must suvive; it does this on the backs of their venders. I have been there and done that. If the Mexican network can produce cash on an ongoing basis and the build out continue there will be no BK, volentary or involentary.
