I finally got around to start reading the form 20-F. This company hard a rough time before the current management took over in 2004.

I didn't realized they did two R/S (2001 and 2003). They were also unsuccessful in almost all their ventures prior to the new management team coming on board. If fact the shares were delisted for a while, so they have come a long way.

I got to page 21 of the 81 page report so far, lol. Need to take a break though- I can only handle so much dry reading <vbg>
