You might remember that I originally bought Dejour as a uranium play. I sold it and roared back in when they bought the land in the Piceance and Uinta Basins. Never looked back and kept adding.

I like you past observation that Dejour is an early stage UPL. Why not? Steve Gose sold land to both of these companies. That is a common thread that cannot be ignored by any serious investor.
