You are absolutly correct, SAMdashada.

"The problem is that "Two late payments" are, according to the language in the contract a breach of the agreement and thereby give Trimax/Uli the right to the monies stated in the agreement plus any current inventory and test equipment."

No way around that for GTEM, imo.
