Deceit, defraud, sounds familiar.
GTEM is once again accused of non-payment and deception.
Misrepresentation and deception were the reasons that the AMEX delisted GTEM. The ongoing SEC investigation is focusing on GTEM deception. Outstanding lawsuits accuse GTEM of deception. GTEM has, on several occasions, failed to pay their bills to various vendors.
There certainly exists, in my opinion, a pattern of deception from the management of GTEM, past and present.
The Lawsuit filed by GTEM appear to be simple offensive distraction, perhaps an effort to muddy the waters. In the end, I believe GTEM will lose, once again, as well as lose any future lawsuits against them for lible.
However, as has become a common pattern of deceit, your client never properly compensated Mr. Altvater with the two-million (2,000,000) shares of GlobeTel common stock it was obligated to pay him under the terms of the Agreement. Instead, your client made one untimely payment of 666,667 shares, which GlobeTel restricted.
I think that GTEM went to far this time. The shareprice will surley take a hit, imo.
