Another matter on employee loans. . .

Does anyone not question the use of public shareholder funds to provide personal loans to employees?

Besides the point that it has been illegal to do since July of 2002 by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

And most credible companies have specific guidance against such loans written into their by-laws due to the conflict of interest they create.
