Hey Miguell, just a wild guess here but possibly GTEM didn't have the expertise. Possibly (probably) it was cheaper for them to outsource it.

But for whatever reason they did it, it certainly wasn't so they place the blame on someone else for their troubles. I doubt they are that smart.
