Here's another thing to think about. The last OSC/SLJB interaction, hearing or w/e, was quite different than all the previous ones. Look back at what happened this last week and what SLJB IR was reporting.
Leslie was telling folks that their lawyers and SLJB were NOT supportive of another extension. IMHO, this is because they are sick of the impediment on the business and on investor relations. Did the delay come out as it has in the past? NO! There was this ridiculous week long wait. I think the OSC investigators announced delay, SLJB was resistant and the OSC now has to go through and take steps to address the resistance. No doubt, SLJB doesn't have the power to just end the hearings but it sounds like they can oppose another delay and it's my opinion as an outsider looking in that the OSC now has to take additional steps in order to address SLJB's opposition of the delay and further trade hault.
I know it's speculation but given how this last extension was WAY different then the previous one's I think it's worth looking at.
For the bashers, we know what you will say: OSC has eternally damning evidence now and this last round with the OSC was different because the OSC is moving into trial preparation... Fine, whatever... everyone knows what you are going to say and it's a broken record.
