arizona, why don't you read the filings according the last 25 to 1 RS..

While all holder of common stock got one share for 25 shares,
pref. A and pref. B share were excluded from this procedure.

at this time before RP owned 15 mio. pref As convertible into 750 mio. common shares.

after th RS RP still owned 15 mio. pref As convertible into 750 mio. common stock.

the RS just decreased the OS of the common stock from 50 mio. to 2 mio.
