I'm guessing "fishy"

there is nothing fishy... seriously if you think this you should not invest in this company.

If i remember correctly Idenix guided on 1st year telbivudine sales based on pattern seen in first year Baraclude sales...
which were not that high, if i remember correctly. But Baraclude sales picked up big time in following year.
