If NVS's guidance is astonishing for Tyzeka, what legal business manouvers does NVS have to limit sales,,, unless there are manufacturing/sales problems,?

If there are problems are NVS/IDIX required to disclose?

I'm guessing "fishy",,,NVS wants to takeout IDIX as cheaply as possible and the value is in Tyzeka plus the cash.
