software outsourcing means doing software works for others, problably foreign companies. did i read that they employ their own students for some of the works to give these kids hand-on experience and save the company salary cost? a smart way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. i bet bar would have never figured it out. too busy bashing a stock he doesn't own.
