Immigration aside, what's corrupting this country is not homosexuality or abortion, imo. It's GREED. I'm always surprised that some people ignore that and will vote for a candidate because they parrot what the voter wants to hear, even though it's obvious that the candidates have no moral compass whatsoever. Ala.........George Bush. The moral majority or whatever you call yourselves has itself to thank for the situation this country finds itself in today.

Everything you don't like should be illegal......is that correct? Is it ok that abortions will NEVER go away and making it against the law invites the horrors of a Draconian past that forced women into back alleys and invited death? You can crow all you want to about how they shouldn't be doing it, but the fact is that they will regardless of what you think. The only sane solution is education.

The same goes for homosexuality. You think you can legislate that away? I think you know better. But it's ok that it exists and will always exist as long as you can pretend it doesn't. I call it the height of hypocrisy to let people fight and die for you, as long as they don't admit to being gay.

You don't like others telling you what you can do or think, so why do you presume that you can do that to others? Is it because you believe you have God-given truth on your side?

The Earth will never be at peace 'til all religions are gone and people worry more about this life than the hollow promises of a next one. "Treat your neighbor as yourself" is the only commandment the human race needs.
