I have seen these before and again I ask per this quote:

"Questions have arisen regarding the adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s assets and operations"

Where do you see this this in any of these documents?

You cannot quote someone if it is not EXACTLY there.

The above quote has a different meaning than the actual words that are somewhat similar in the docs.

The quote above suggests AAPM put out false info on press releases and that is NOT what the SEC said in the docs.
