The fact that Bill O'Reilly lies is not news.

The fact that he ADVOCATES lying is. He seems to be saying that the system is broken, and the only way to survive is to cheat. Every man for himself.

Is this what the "culture warrior" is defending?

Moreover, he seems to be saying that minorities should get preferential treatment (in that they should feel free to cheat the system for personal gain.) That's a strange thing for this man to be advocating, considering who he is. By this same logic, shouldn't Mexican workers who cannot gain access to American citizenship break the law and enter the U.S. illegally?

It's just a weird stance for Bill to take. I guess he was just backed into a corner, and couldn't think of anything else to say. I almost wished I saw this broadcast, even though the man turns my stomach.
