Vern, why don't you stop posting rumors and start answering questions I posed to you... primarily whether you actually read the JV agreement. You seem to be missing a lot of the key components of that agreement.

Maybe you should take an hour or so and actually read it from start to end. At least then you could know that some of what you're being spoonfed by your sources is not accurate. That in itself should make you question the accuracy of their other claims.
