Gotta go with Lefty on this one.....that maybe they have too much on their plate to work up another presentation at this time.
I agree that by going to EnercCom, they very possibly may be able to pick up an additional investor or two, but TIV just can't win for losing - - for example every time TIV puts out a PR, they get bashed for hyping, or for just giving out old news, or are charged with knowingly misleading shareholders, or for writing in ambiguous empty words, or someone yells, "Put up or Shut up!", or yadda, yadda, yadda. - Yet when they are a little slow with the PRs, or to hit a report deadline, they also get smashed -- just can't seem to win for losing.
Oh well, such is the investment game and for trying to keep everyone happy -- kind a like politics --- no matter what, with every decision that is made - half the people are always mad at you.
So I guess I'd rather believe that TIV is just drop-dead busy and that they see EnerCom as just another dog and pony show (just a time thief) which would cost them many untold hours working up a snazzy presentation; when their time would be better spent on projects to grow revenue, up production, etc.
I know (wishful thinking) but since I've already ridden with Lynn to the dance, I guess I'm willing to stick around for the next waltz and see what the rest of 07' holds.
