IR (Yotty) confirmed by email to me that OS is about a billion. He didn't quote a specific figure, just that the OS was about 1/2 the AS.

From this I guess one of two things:

1) Positive: Deals with Cementers and Team are almost done and the new shares are part of the acquisition contracts.

2) Negative: Company is diluting, milking us for cash.

Sadly, we won't know which until the company tells us.
