Re: AMD didn't warn, I take it as a sign, that my 1100-1150 number
is probably too low. I'm sticking with my 10-15% ASP drop QoQ,
probably more towards 10, but volume seems to grow, because
of some "special effects" -> I revise my target for Q2 up to
-5% up to Flat - Loss QoQ higher. Outlook for Q3, Revs. probably
+20%, Loss at best 100Mio. lower - means still 400-500Mio.

Don't take that to the bank just yet. I still think AMD has until the end of this week to warn before we can assume everything is alright with revenues.

Assuming they don't warn, we can probably point to the Dell and Toshiba ramps as being quite a bit better than anticipated. I don't think AMD has made any gains in the channel, with all the new Intel parts. In fact, I bet they're still losing share there, as well as in servers.

My bet is that that AMD announces record mobile shipments, as if that is the pinnacle metric for how they should be judged, and just pretend that investors should not be too concerned about the size of their huge losses.
