[edited] @WBMW - CPUs
Thanks for your work. Very good summary.

BTW:
"
Following AMD's recent CPU price cuts, some motherboard makers are worried that if Intel brings forward or increases the reductions in its planned price cuts on July 22, they may face overstock problems, according to sources at motherboard makers.

AMD's price cuts have improved the price/performance ratio of the company's CPUs compared to those of Intel, and motherboard makers expect market demand for AMD CPUs and motherboards will rise as a result. However the makers also worry that if they increase the production of AMD-based motherboards, when Intel releases a better deal for its CPUs, AMD-based motherboards could become unwanted inventory, noted the sources.

Motherboard makers such as Asustek Computer, Gigabyte Technology and Micro-Star International (MSI), who focus on mid-range and the high-end motherboard market will not be affected much by the price cuts, but those makers who focus on mid-range and entry-level markets such as Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS), ASRock and other second-tier or third-tier makers are expected to be affected, added the sources.

AMD declined the opportunity to comment on this report.

AMD will have a hard time to grow volumes over the speed of
the market. My prediction - Intel will gain share in Q3 QoQ.

edit:
AMD didn't warn, I take it as a sign, that my 1100-1150 number
is probably too low. I'm sticking with my 10-15% ASP drop QoQ,
probably more towards 10, but volume seems to grow, because
of some "special effects" -> I revise my target for Q2 up to
-5% up to Flat - Loss QoQ higher. Outlook for Q3, Revs. probably
+20%, Loss at best 100Mio. lower - means still 400-500Mio.
