The good news (for HRCT) is that they can now blame all delays on relocating. The bad news is that the same story we have been watching for nearly a decade, continues.

There is nothing different about HRCT or their leadership. Or their shareprice. I just hope that those who profess to own hundreds of thousands (if not more) of shares will be forgiving, once again.
