I have a hard time being optimistic about Suljas immediate future pending the outcome of their proceedings. Further, once we see financial statements explaining their past actions that led to the OSC's intervention, maybe they can gain some confidence with me as a US potential re-investor. Message boards and the Windsor Star do not leave an impression on my decisions of what investments to pursue. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope all can gain in their investments. imo Sulja looks to move forward and imo are not to speak of the past until after the investigations and proceedings are completed. Their financial statement would be a giant step if they can explain the PR's that were retracted. Many invested based on their PR expectations. And many have lost. I expect them to remain tradable in the US myself. Cyberkey is also still tradable after all that stock has been through. I would hope Sulja would have a better outcome for those still vested.
