Are you witholding some hard evidence that the OSC should know about? It certainly sounds like it from this part of your post, "...the release a financial statement that doesn't include the statements they made...".
To answer your questions, since you think it's more important to discuss my opinions than actual SLJB events, I think SLJB will be trading in Canada, US and perhaps other markets for a very long time to come.
To get more into events affecting SLJB all I have to say is look at the pictures in the info box above all the messages, call the company, visit the new Calgary location in a month, call the OSC and ask them to comment on Gary Rennie's Windsor Star article, ask Frenchy some questions since he's obviously already been there, and be patient. Watch and see what happens in the next couple of weeks. July is going to be fantastic!
I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion about my sentiment but I respectfully request that you restrain yourself from such activities in the future.
