Wick made the comment recently that he thinks GZFX will have to deal with its current billing structure regarding games and movies. That is to say, he feels that it will be very difficult to achieve significant profitability while they are charging a single rate for both movies and games. He thinks that eventually they will have to split the options to develop two separate plans.
I find this very interesting. I would agree that they are probably losing money through maintaining an adequate inventory of games due to the realistic turn around of games as compared to movies. But I am not sure how that would take place considering the dual option has always been a part of the GZFX identity.
It will be interesting to see how they navigate this one.
