calebh-that is my opinion also. We are in phase II now. Phase I was the focus groups gathering information and making suggestions based on customer input. I communicated with Beth Rose, web layout person with some suggestions. She said they were making changes based on input from Muroch. My efforts did result in the map getting updated faster as well as, the audio books info getting removed from a section at investors relations. The website and servcies is the best it has ever been. Muroch has been helpful. GZFX is now more able to better please subscribers. Now just maybe, JF can stay focused, get subs, keep them, and grow the company. gl
