Two things hurt the score. One was you shut off some of the video drivers and slowed down the video card. The other was the cable download speed dropped by 1/2. That cost you about 800 points and was not your fault.

Reset to the way you were before and retest. Pitstop tests update under the same URL so someone looking at an old post sees the new test scores and we don't want a Terminator showing that low a score. (g)

Don't panic over the temp as the load of 100% won't ever stay there that long. As I said, I just use SETI to burn in settings and make sure everything is OK with the system.
