The only ray of hope I am holding onto right now is the fact that PMCL does in fact have a new transfer agent in place. I spoke with First American yesterday and they confirmed that they are the TA for PMCL and have been since late May. Maybe PMCL is preparing to file charges against Select American, similar to what is going on with WHKA right now with their counterfeit shares issue. The big difference is that WHKA management has been very upfront with their shareholders and PMCL has been uncomfortably silent.
