PMCL should file criminal and civil lawsuits against the Select American Transfer Company and specific individuals involved in the case.

Shareholders have been hurt and it is PMCL's duty to protect the owners of the company (shareholders).

If counterfeit PMCL shares were created by the Select American Transfer Company and sold into the market, they should be bought back by the individuals who created and sold them. It will most likely require criminal and civil lawsuits to force these individuals to buy back the shares and remove them from the market.
