KABAM! BofA called to say I can sell shares!!! My 144 paperwork went through this afternoon, so as of tomorrow AM I'm free to sell 52,080 formerly restricted Paivis shares.
Not sure if I will or won't yet, but now at least I feel like I've got REAL money in this company and not just the "promise" of real money.
BTW, how it works for anyone interested is once your 144 paperwork is processed you call the broker and ask them to place the sale for you. It can't be done through your regular trading account online, and your shares aren't actually sold at that moment at the current ask. Instead, you tell the broker what your limit price is. Over the next 6-10 trading days the broker tries to sell your shares on the open market at the current market price (if it's higher than your limit), or at your limit price, whichever is the higher of the two.
