BDGR is a prime takeover canidate without a doubt and Joe knows it...IMHO I think the pps will start to inch higher because it becomes more expensive for the group that is manipulating it lower to acquire it for cheap. Joe knows this he'll take the appropiate action to move the share price north and stall or defeat any potential hostile takeover and or make them cash him out at a higher valuation with a higher pps. If that does happen many different things can change the valuations of our stock price.
