1. Just because they are on the website and in stores doesn't mean they are selling or are going to buy more it simply means they bought A shipment.

3. Went to buy.com and checked out soundprints. Lots of books. Checked out the first two pages. No Disney nor Sesame Street. Doesn't even give a publishing date.

4. They always had a lot of books at these sites. Nothing new here.

PS A company that looks for a partner/buyout is doing it for a reason. The odds that its for positive reason is astronomical.

PPS KMart came damn close to being like Bradlees and Ames. Any company doing business with a a company in Chapter 11 is taking a large risk.
