Your "reality" simply doesn't jibe with anything in reality. It's all mouth with gross error in fact.

Reality:

(1) Target, Wal-mart, buy.com and a host of others already have TRDY's NEW products listed on their website despite the no-return policy. So while you preach that they aren't going to buy again, the reality is that they already bought again and are accepting preorders for products not even released yet -- apparently the reality, which you refuse to accept, is the complete and total opposite of your fantasy.

(3) What's with this massive launching? If you did less yapping and more paying attention, you'd understand. Plus it may help if you actually knew how to use the Barnes & Nobles Website. Barnes & Nobles has 17 new titles from TRDY for 2007 alone under "Studio Mouse": http://search.barnesandnoble.com/BookSearch/results.asp?z=y&SAT=11&SRT=P&SZE=10&WRD=....

Buy.com, 51 for 2007: http://www.buy.com/retail/searchresults.asp?ra=mr07%2Cfi01%2Cre01%2Csu01%2Cp01%2Cdc01%2Cmr04%2Cmm01%....

Buy.com under Soundprints, 249 for 2007 alone:
http://www.buy.com/retail/searchresults.asp?ra=mr07%2Cfi01%2Cre01%2Csu01%2Cp01%2Cdc01%2Cmr04%2Cmm01%....

Wal-mart has 14 for 2007.
Books-a-million has 24 for 2007.

(4) These are some pretty monster changes from earlier this year when I found scare evidence of any new products and was severely disappointed with the lack of releases. Now, "3 months later," they have a MASSIVE unveiling of new titles, and I get to buy back in at a price that's half was it was earlier this year.

PS -- If you think the only reason a company sells itself is because they are desperate, then I can't help you. We don't know the details, terms, why they didn't get sold, what offers were on the table, etc. etc. To speculate on such nonsense as if you know what you are talking about is about as much nonsense as you pretending to understand how the child book industry works in terms of return policies.

PPS -- I couldn't have compared AMS distributor to Bradlees or Ames because both of those filed Chapter 11 so that they can close all of their stores and liquidate all of their assets which is light years different than AMS's and KMART's Chapter 11 -- mere reorganization of their debt so that they can continue their operations and paying their suppliers and stay operating in business. You really should get educated on the basics of anything we have discussed before you embarrass yourself further.
