My first post on here...so be easy on me everyone. I think that they had a tough winter like I had heard from another board recently. There has been a lot of change to this company recently with a management change, buy back on open market, possible manipulation of pps for a hostile takeover on a miniscule val cap of $4 Mill by a certain group, hiring of a new engineer, revenues are up along with production and a new project. Change...you bet there has been. I believe for the good of the company and shareholders. Yes...I do agree with several on here there has been a very long delay in conducting an audit and would be nice to see that finally occur at some point. Right now however, I think it is best for Joe to right the company back on it's feet after what it has gone through this past year+ and build the barrel production up and increase the revenues. I believe this is what he is trying to do here and is doing an ok job in my opinion. At some future point in time the price of the stock will recover it is a waiting game and a process of which it is painful yes to watch. But at this point there is nothing any of us can do about it except just wait it out. From my perspective personally I have no pains to worry about I have not lost any money I bought in recently and glad that I did. I think at this price how can one not pass it up I really don't think it will slide into subpenny kingdom. If this pops back up to over $2.00 there will be a lot of happy shareholders out there and I hope we all make lots of money.
