I guess the way I feel is after all we have been thru with JPHC and Paivis, this $300 fee is irrelevant to me at this point. Plus this $300 fee is for an opinion letter for a 90 day period...which I would assume you and many shareholders will end up selling all their shares within that time frame. So, most are looking at a one time $300 charge.
