track, feel free to defend the company to high heaven, but I don't like this decision. BofA told me that Paivis wasn't handling the opinion letter the way that most companies do. Most companies will accept letters of opinion from outside sources, so shareholders are able to shop around for the best price.

And after everything, it would have been nice if they'd provided the letter for free. Nowhere in the law does it state that legal counsel is PROHIBITED from providing the service to shareholders for free.
