Well duh. But charging $300 and requiring that only THEY can provide the opinion is an obvious ploy to discourage people from filing 144 to sell their shares.

BofA called it unusual of the company to do this, and I definitely agree.

CORRECTION: I should have said, "...unusual of [a] company to do this," not unusual of "this" company to do this.
