It's broker month-end through Thursday of next week. Old FTDs have to be settled, or they can't use the same account(s) to short again next month.

Someone is being careful - can't guarantee what the RSI will do this time around. Charts don't look forward, only backwards. But it's a pretty powerful trend reversal right now.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
