To keep BDGR afloat, Lanza fired management, eliminated his own salary and flooded the market with millions of shares to raise capital.

An audit won't help the share price. To the contrary, it would hurt the price. If an audit would help, we would have had one a long time ago, and Lanza wouldn't be selling our shares for pennies on the dollar.
