this whole thing is a scam and we all got burned. Here is a reply I got from the company itself. Read it and weep I sure did.

Hi Hope I have the right place:
I am a share holder in ENZH, I tab in penny stocks, and have had your stock for a while now. You can imagine my surprise when it shot up to the 2 cent level, and my disappointment when it came back down. Al though there does not seem to be any official news release about mergers or new products from urine waste there is plenty of rumor. Can you tell me if we will be seeing any information from the company in the near future to clear up all of the confusion about the stock price rising and falling like an EKG monitor? Any information you can provide would be very much appreciated.
