glenmorangie2, the rep at BofA who helped me file my 144 paperwork contacted the company on my behalf. They actually filled out the pertinent Paivis info in the 144 form themselves, and then faxed me that form and a few others (in which I declared my relationship to Paivis, Corp., stated I was not an insider, and described how and when I acquired the stock).

Then I overnighted all the forms to another BofA office in New York City. That second office is the BofA division that processes the forms with the SEC, and they have told me to expect to be able to sell (if I choose to do so) by Tuesday of the coming week.
