Invoke some Star Power to...

[1] Sell Franchises (as Western goods are HOT).
[2] Use that money to buy back stock (quietly at first).
[2a] Open the online retail store.
[3] Use the rest of the money for products expansion and promotion.


With this you will gain a much larger footprint quicker. You would be selling Billy Martin Brand products to those stores, thus becoming a wholesaler and a retailer ( as he would still own his own shops). The stock buyback would be huge at these levels, and with any PR you would get volume. Buying back stock firms up its price still further while giving you large amounts to sell to pay debt, expand, make new deals.

BM will make money from Franchise startup, Franchise fees, and selling product wholesale to those stores. (just like McDonald's)

There is HUGE value in Western ware here in the U.S. and abroad. Doug is just too dumb to know how to capitalize on it. He has only been able to ride the wave on someone else's name this long. Doug needs to step down and let someone else take control while he goes around and PRs the company.
