Mide: You are absolutely correct. I have no knowledge whatsoever regarding the status of the Strat. I'd really like to see GTEM pull this off. My biggest fear now is that they have taken too long and someone else might beat them to the punch.

The only REAL edge GTEM has over everyone else is Uli's equipment. The rest of the competition are merely blimp builders. I think it can safely be said that GTEM's job is twice as difficult as their competition.

Uli has the electronics payload perfected. All that is needed now is to marry it to a high altitude platform which will provide the necessary electrical power to do its' job.
