I assume you're talking about firing Scott R. Cohen? But, you're not explaining HOW Paul can hire/fire anyone on behalf of Netco. He's not a control person, an officer, or even a majority shareholder.
Lastly, Marco was a party. He made serious fraud accusations against many people, but he never filed the counts for fraud even when he had all the parties in the same court. That still doesn't make sense.
