Now, that makes some sense. Sounds like the PT illusions at IPCY. So, PT did not contest the PENN action, when he could have. The transfer agent causes everyone to intervene because they did not pay the 2 Billion shares to Marco. But, PT did not contest the PENN action when he could/should have. What does that say?

If Madison did not intervene, would PT have stayed quiet?

Has RCA admitted affiliation with Maydak? If so, I would believe that PT is involved with Maydek and Maydak could be helping write these legal filings. But, why would Maydak help Marco screw Paul if Paul didn't object in Penn?

WHY did PT and everyone else let the PENN action go? That's a big question mark. I have heard lots of old stories of PT letting things go default for a particular reason. Yet another? Lazy or deliberate.

At first, I figured that PT consented all along, that's why he didn't contest PENN when he could have, and this was just another illusion of loss of control (and responsibility).

BUT.... all those Marco accusations are severe and public. The only way I could see PT going along with all that smear is if HIS real name wasn't Paul Taylor....not the other way around.
