No, Maydak has affiliatons with Rodrigo and is involved as a creditor of Netco. Public details are murky right now. Maydak's wife apparently also seems to be claiming a right to shares and the records that I saw did show that one certificate was printed for her benefit but, strangely, delivered to Paul Taylor instead of her. So they must have done something for Netco that was acknowledged by both Rodrigo and Paul since both signatures appear on the document issuing the shares that were never delivered. The extent of the amounts owed, and what additional shares were owed, is unclear.
According to documents from ecf/pacer, Paul Taylor appeared as "Netco Investments" and consented to the summary judgment motion. Madison filed a statement of no objection, but in the contents thereof implied that they still found it suspicious. All of these documents are available on PACER.
The PACER documents also show a requirement that Marco submit his ID under seal to the judge to alleviate the intervenors' concerns.
